Mother Dairy is targeting to double its revenue over the next three to four years from its current turnover of ₹20,300 crore, with growth driven by new manufacturing facilities, value-added products (VAP), and quick commerce, according to Managing Director Jayatheertha Chary.
The company is expanding its processing footprint with upcoming plants in Nagpur, Bihar, Punjab, Gujarat, and Andhra Pradesh, strengthening its national presence and production capacity. Alongside infrastructure expansion, Mother Dairy is focusing on increasing the share of value-added dairy products, which offer higher margins than liquid milk, while also leveraging the rapid growth of quick commerce to improve consumer access and faster deliveries.
Chary highlighted that these strategic investments are aimed at accelerating geographic expansion, improving operational efficiency, and meeting evolving consumer demand. With a combination of capacity expansion, premium product offerings, and digital distribution channels, Mother Dairy is positioning itself for its next phase of sustained growth in India’s highly competitive dairy market.
