Mother Dairy is aiming to scale up its topline to ₹24,000 crore in FY27, targeting over 20% revenue growth as it accelerates its transition from a regional player to a national dairy brand.

The company reported a 17% increase in turnover to ₹20,300 crore in FY26 and now plans to expand beyond its core Delhi-NCR base, where its geographic salience has already risen to 37%, with a target of 43–45% contribution from non-core markets. (Business Standard)

As part of its growth strategy, Mother Dairy is focusing on expanding into new markets such as Bihar and parts of Andhra Pradesh, while also strengthening capacity, enhancing brand equity and leveraging technology integration to drive scale.

The company expects seasonal demand tailwinds, especially during summer, to support growth, as it positions itself to become a pan-India dairy player with a stronger national footprint.
