Godrej Agrovet Ltd. has appointed Gaurav Pande as the Chief Executive Officer of Creamline Dairy Products Ltd., effective July 15, 2026, strengthening its leadership team as the company looks to accelerate growth in India’s competitive dairy market. Pande succeeds Jan Bos, who has completed his tenure after leading the business since 2023.
A seasoned FMCG executive with over two decades of experience, Pande has held leadership roles across sales, marketing, strategy and business management, including senior positions at Mondelez International, Marico, and Asian Paints. In his new role, he will lead Creamline Dairy’s next phase of expansion, focusing on strengthening the company’s dairy portfolio, driving innovation, enhancing operational excellence and expanding market presence.
Creamline Dairy, which operates under the Jersey brand, is one of South India’s leading private dairy companies with a strong presence across milk, curd, ghee, butter, paneer, lassi, flavoured milk and other value-added dairy products. The leadership transition reflects Godrej Agrovet’s continued focus on building a stronger consumer foods business and capturing growth opportunities in India’s expanding dairy sector.
