Creamline Dairy Products Ltd, a subsidiary of Godrej Agrovet, reported a standalone net loss of ₹3.57 crore for the quarter ended June 2026 (Q1 FY2026-27), compared with a net profit of ₹4.69 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Despite the decline in profitability, the company posted 11.47% year-on-year growth in sales, with revenue increasing to ₹464.63 crore from ₹416.81 crore in the June 2025 quarter. Operating Profit Margin (OPM) declined to 1.55% from 3.41%, while Profit Before Depreciation and Tax (PBDT) fell 70% to ₹4.48 crore from ₹15.13 crore.

The company reported a Pre-Tax Loss (PBT) of ₹4.85 crore, compared with a profit of ₹6.10 crore in the year-ago period, reflecting increased cost pressures despite higher revenues. The results highlight the challenging operating environment for dairy processors, where rising procurement and operating costs continue to weigh on margins even as demand and sales remain resilient.
