Dodla Dairy reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,197.94 crore for the first quarter of FY2026-27, up 19% year-on-year from ₹1,006.87 crore, while net profit declined 35.4% to ₹40.64 crore from ₹62.87 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The company attributed the year-on-year comparison to changes following its acquisition of HR Food Processing Pvt. Ltd. in August 2025. During the quarter, the board also approved the acquisition of a 2% equity stake in Sid’s Farm Pvt. Ltd. for a cash consideration of ₹11.64 crore, marking Dodla Dairy’s entry into the premium antibiotic-free and hormone-free dairy segment with a strong direct-to-consumer and e-commerce presence. The investment complements Dodla’s existing dairy operations and reflects its strategy to strengthen its portfolio in the fast-growing value-added dairy market while expanding beyond its core business.
