Vietnam’s leading dairy company, Vinamilk, has emerged as Southeast Asia’s only award-winning dairy brand at the 2026 World Dairy Innovation Awards, securing five awards from 17 finalist nominations across 11 categories during the Global Dairy Congress in Barcelona, Spain.
The company won Best Children’s Dairy Product for Optimum A2 Pro+, Best Life-Stage Innovation for Sure Prevent Gold medical nutrition food, Best Ice Cream/Frozen Yogurt for Vinamilk Gelato Matcha, Best Flavored Dairy Drink for Vinamilk 100% Multi-Flavor Fresh Milk, and Best Packaging Design for Vinamilk Gelato.
In addition to the winning entries, several other Vinamilk products reached the finals across children’s nutrition, liquid milk, drinking yogurt, specialized nutrition, manufacturing technology and packaging categories. Richard Hall, Chairman of the Global Dairy Congress and the World Dairy Innovation Awards, described the achievement as unprecedented, noting that no company has won five awards in a single edition during the awards’ more than 20-year history.
The recognition reflects Vinamilk’s strategy of developing high-value, consumer-focused dairy products tailored to evolving nutritional needs, while reinforcing its growing position among the world’s leading dairy innovators.
