During an HHRC inspection, the plant’s efforts were praised for uplifting farmers and delivering safe, affordable dairy—including ghee, paneer, curd, lassi, khoa, butter, and 50,000 litres per day to the Delhi Milk Scheme—via over 1 lakh litres collected daily and 160 milk booths.
