In a strategic push to expand the reach of Rajasthan’s Saras dairy brand beyond state borders, Dairy Minister Joraram Kumawat chaired a crucial meeting with distributors and traders in the national capital on Friday. The session, held in Delhi, focused on crafting a targeted marketing roadmap for Saras products in the DelhiNCR region.

Minister Kumawat announced that the RCDF has rolled out a comprehensive plan to promote Saras offerings, including ghee and other dairy products, across Delhi and adjoining areas.

As part of this initiative, a Saras depot became operational on July 11 in Mangolpuri, where 20 tonnes of ghee and other products have already been stocked for distribution. A dedicated Saras retail outlet has also been inaugurated adjacent to the depot, enabling direct sales to consumers. Plans are also underway to set up a Saras parlour at Rajasthan House in Delhi, which is expected to boost the brand’s visibility in high-traffic zones.
